Working life and digital transformation

We conduct research on developments in working life and digital transformation, and how these two areas influence each other and are part of broader societal changes. Working life research includes studies of work, organization and competence needs, while research on digital transformation focuses on digitalization, media use, innovation and artificial intelligence across sectors and areas of society. Through interdisciplinary research, knowledge is developed about new forms of work, value creation and the consequences of transformation in a broad societal perspective.
