Ragnhild Holmen Waldahl conducts research on welfare innovation and the organization of and cooperation between welfare services. Empirically, her projects range from youth, dropout and exclusion to welfare technology and health and care services for the elderly. She is interested in and has good experience in developing and implementing innovation and research projects in close collaboration with public actors.

Cand. Polit in political science, and has subjects such as social economics and sports in her academic background.
