Send invoice in electronic trading format (EHF) to Nordland Research Institute AS, organization number is 989714309.
Requirements for content in invoices to Nordland Research Institute :
All invoices must be sent to Nordland Research Institute AS by the ordering person, invoices sent to private individuals are not approved.
Reference to the person ordering (their name) of travel, food, etc., and project name with WP/activity, if any.
Invoices for conferences/meetings with catering must include a list of participants and the location of the event.

Requirements for sending invoices by email:
Each PDF file must correspond to an invoice with all sub-documents. It is not possible to merge multiple files into a .zip file and one PDF document cannot contain multiple invoices.
The attachment must have the file type PDF. Other file types are not accepted.
Text in emails is not read manually, and it is not possible to provide notifications of manual override or processing through the text.
The invoice sent by email cannot be a link to an invoice located on an online solution.
Attachments that are not invoices or where the recipient does not exist will be returned to the sender.
