PARTNERS

Westland Research

Nordland Research Institute and Vestlandsforsking will create a knowledge summary on artificial intelligence (AI) and algorithm-driven management in the workplace.

The goal is to provide authorities with a solid foundation for the safe and ethical introduction of AI, and possibly adapt legislation. The project will examine how AI affects work tasks, the working environment, collective agreements and the Norwegian working life model. In addition, the researchers look at possible challenges when using AI, such as surveillance, discrimination and reduced autonomy.
