We are seeking participants for individual digital interviews with apprentices/apprentice candidates who have terminated their apprenticeship or training contracts during 2024 or 2025.
Researchers from Nordland Research Institute is conducting a research project on the reasons why apprentices and trainee candidates in Nordland cancel their apprenticeship contracts/training contracts. The research project is being carried out on behalf of Nordland County Council.
We are seeking participants for individual digital interviews with apprentices/apprentice candidates who have terminated their apprenticeship or training contracts during 2024 or 2025.
Everyone who participates in the interview will receive a digital gift card of NOK 500.
What does it mean to participate in individual interviews?
The interviews will take place digitally, on Teams, and last around an hour.
Anonymization
All participants will be anonymized in reports from the project, meaning that it is not possible to recognize individuals. Only the researchers know the participants' identities.
