Jens Ørding Hansen is a senior researcher at Nordland Research Institute . His research interests include corporate governance, corporate finance, financial accounting analysis, regional development, responsible research and innovation (RRI), organizational studies, and environmental economics. He has taught finance, economics, and accounting at colleges and universities in Denmark, China, and Vietnam. At Nordland Research Institute He works on several Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe-funded projects, with a particular focus on RRI and regional development.

Jens holds a PhD in International Management from the University of Agder, Norway, and a Master's degree in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
