Equality and Diversity Plan

The preparation of the Plan for Equality and Diversity is therefore a concretization and description of work already underway, and which plans will be implemented in the coming years.

The equality and diversity plan is part of the overall quality system at Nordland Research Institute .

In connection with the new EU research program (Horizon Europe), there is a requirement to have prepared a Gender Equality Plan. This document meets the criteria for such a plan. In addition to gender equality, Nordland Research Institute chosen to include perspectives that include diversity in the organization and how this is also an important prerequisite for an inclusive working environment at the institute and contributes to an attractive workplace.
