André Wallann Larsen is director of Nordland Research Institute , and has been a leader for a number of years in various organizations. Experience with strategic development, project management, finance and personnel. 

Larsen holds a Cand. Philol. from the University of Oslo, and a Master of Business Administration from Bodø School of Economics.
